Introducing TrustGuard

Over the last two decades I have sat on the front line of cybersecurity. I have led security operations in global banks, served as Chief Trust Officer for a large technology company. At one point I managed a team spread across more than 40+ countries.

Together we handled security questionnaires from our customers, assessed our own vendors, prepared for external audits, and responded to incidents in real time. Almost all of that work ran through manual processes that were built long before the AI scale and speed of today.

In practice this meant long spreadsheets, long email threads, and long nights. I saw the same story repeat. Reviews took weeks. Vendor security assessments and internal reviews were designed to protect the organization, but over time they became their own choke point. Questionnaires grew longer every year.

This is the environment that led me to build TrustGuard AI.
